By placing an order through our website, the customer accepts our Terms of Service, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and any other policies published on our store.

Privatto products are cosmetic and personal-use items. For hygiene, health and safety reasons, opened, used, tested, unsealed or tampered products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective or arrived damaged.

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs, supplier processing times, holidays, high demand or circumstances beyond our control.

Privatto is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, customs charges, import duties, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, unclaimed packages or third-party carrier issues, except where required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for reading product information, ingredients, warnings and usage instructions before using any cosmetic product. Privatto is not responsible for misuse, allergic reactions, individual sensitivities or failure to follow product instructions.
